MEDIA INFORMATION 

Access to Players and Coaches: All player and coach interviews must be arranged through SDFL Teams Vice President of Communications and Broadcasting.Players and coaches will also be available before practice in the the teams Locker Room on regular practice days.

 

Attending Practice: Media will receive a practice schedule weekly. For daily updates to the schedule, please check SDFL teams website. Practices are open to the media, unless otherwise noted. Media may watch practice from the sidelines. Please do not approach players or coaches during practice. The SDFL teams will practice at said stadiums TBD at a later date.

 

Filming Practice: The second 10-minute period of practice is open to TV cameras to film from the sidelines.  All broadcast equipment must be removed from the practice field immediately after the 10 minutes has elapsed. Broadcast media may be asked to turn off their cameras at the discretion of SDFL teams coaches or communications staff during this filming of practice.  Camera personnel may not enter the playing field, unless permission has been granted.

 

Head Coaches News Conference: News conferences with head coaches of both teams will be held at said Stadium the day prior to each game.  Times and location TBD.  

 

Accreditation: Season passes are issued to those members of the media who regularly cover SDFL Contest. Single game accreditation may be requested by contacting The SDFL Teams Vice President of Communications & Broadcasting at least 72 hours before the game. All credentials are issued to a specific individual and are non-transferable. Single game credentials may be picked up at the Coaches' media conference one day prior to the game. All unclaimed passes will be available for pick-up game day at the Teams Office. Two hours or less before kickoff, passes can be picked up at the ticket window.

Game Day Photographers: Sideline photography during SDFL home games is limited to working media on assignment from a recognized outlet. Free-lance photographers must provide that SDFL Football Club with ten (10) 8x10 and twenty (20) 5x7 prints.  Working media credentials must be displayed at all times.

Media entrance/location: Locations are TBD per SDFL team.

 

Media Center:  Locations are TBD per SDFL team.

 

 

On-field access during game: Media will only be permitted to access the field when there is five minutes left in the fourth quarter.  Requests for earlier admittance can be directed to Teams Vice President of Communications & Broadcasting at least one day prior to game day.

 

Post-game interviews: Teams Head Coach will hold a post game news conference in the room adjacent Team Locker Room.
